Patrimonial Structure Rescue Emergency, Camarones, Arica y Parinacota / CONSERVATION

Investment: $95.000. 000

Date: November 2014 – June 2015.

Perimeter protection, preventive underpinning, disassemble, adobe (sun-dried brick) elaboration, lithic unit carving and sculpting, restructuration, solidification and of religious groups in San Pedro de Esquiña, San Juan Bautista de Tímar; Virgen del Carmen de Chitita and San Isidro Labrador de Cobija through the Workshop School methodology.

Heritage conservation of 4 different patrimonial sets damaged at the 2014 earthquake. 15 vacants + training for community members and those interested; Training workshops for the community.

The advance in June 2015:

Structural Heritage Emergency Rescue, Putre, Arica and Parinacota / CONSERVATION

Investment: $70.000.000

Date: November 2014 – May 2015.

Perimeter protection, preventive shoring, disassembling, adobe manufacturing, wrought and carving of lytic units, restructuring, consolidation and finishing detail work of the religious assemblies in San Santiago of Belén and Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in Ticnamar throughout the Workshop School methodology.

Heritage conservation of 4 heritage sites damaged by the earthquake in 2014. 10 job positions + training for community members and those who are interested; training workshops for community.

The advance in June 2015:

Training Program for Facade Restoration of housing in Codpa, Camarones / LEARN

Investment: $140.000.000

Date: November 2014 – April 2015.

Coordination and ceremonies, tasks installing, previous works, material collecting, adobe manufacturing, disassembling, walls restoration and consolidation, finishing works and roof improving.

40 restored housing (facades). 12 jobs positions + training for community members and those who are interested; training workshops for community.

Date: November 2014 – April 2015.

40 Andean restored housing (facades). 12 jobs positions + training for community members and those who are interested; training workshops for community.

San Pedro Church Restoration, San Pedro de Atacama, Antofagasta / CONSERVATION

Investment: $ 799.185.198

Date: June 2014 – June 2015.

Design update, coordination with the community, ceremonies, temporary chapel, diffusion, tasks installing, school workshop, previous works, adobe manufacturing, falsework and shoring, archaeological management plan, disassembling, foundations consolidation, walls and buttresses restoration and strengthening, roof, interior floor and bell restoration, finishing works, installing, external works, furniture restoration, museum remodeling.

1 restored national monument;. 34 jobs positions + training for community members and those who are interested; 6 professional trainees; training workshops for community and volunteer program.

Investment: $30.000.000

Date: November 2014 – July 2015.

Valorization of Codpa village, the temple and its cultural properties; conservation stage of the temple and its cultural property; restoration intervention proposal.

Implementation: February 2 – April 30 2015.

Restoration of priest house and implementation of a conservation center and diffusion of archaeological heritage discovered during the restoration of the San Francisco church.

10 jobs positions + training for community members and those who are interested.

10th Rural Film Festival Arica Nativa, Arica and Parinacota / COMUNICATE

Investment: $ 70.000.000

Donors and partners: Universidad de Tarapacá, SERNATUR.

Financing: $ 40.000.000.

Implementation: October 22 – October 25 2015

Rural Movies in international competition, special guests, School of Film, Music and Cinema in Arica and Andean Villages. Work, training and tourist-cultural promotion of the region.

Arica Barroca, Arica and Parinacota / COMUNICATE

Investment: $ 30.000.000

Donors and partners: Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes, BID.

Implementation: May 14 – May 16, 2015.

Art, Music, History and Archaeology gatherings dedicated to the studies and promotion of south Andean cultural heritage; integrating lectures, concerts, exhibitions and learning tour in heritage tourism circuit Ruta de las Misiones. Work, training and tourist-cultural promotion of the region.
